Andrew Paris was born and raised in Northeast Portland.  From an early age he was interested in Law and Government, considering a career as an attorney as early as middle school.  

Andrew attended Gonzaga University, where he studied Political Science, focusing on Land Use and International Politics.  While at Gonzaga, he worked as an intern in Portland's City Hall working on land use and transportation projects.  He also spent a summer studying abroad in Florence, Italy.

Upon graduating from Gonzaga, Andrew accepted an offer to attend the University of Oregon School of Law.  While at Oregon Law, he developed a strong interest in contracts, business law, and international business transactions.  Andrew took a wide variety of business law courses, with a special interest in contract litigation and international business law.  He also interned with Vestas American Wind Technology and worked as an associate in Oregon Law's Small Business Clinic.  

After graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law, Andrew moved back home to Portland and passed the Oregon State Bar Exam.  Since joining the Oregon State Bar, he has been working with a wide variety of businesses and individuals to resolve business and real estate disputes.  Andrew does a great deal of pro-bono work with Saint Andrew's Legal Clinic and the Lewis and Clark College Small Business Legal Clinic.  The Lewis and Clark College Small Business Legal Clinic has awarded Andrew as a "Pro-bono Champion" twice.  Andrew is licensed to practice in the State of Oregon and the Federal District of Oregon.

Andrew's interests include running, local politics, Gonzaga Basketball, the Portland Trailblazers, Oregon Football, the Portland Timbers, travel, and microbrews.
